These are slides from a design fiction workshop almost 10yrs ago! I’m sharing because of the threats to voting within the SAVE Act. Read the essays by W. A. Lawrence to learn more. I’m also sharing because of the gerrymandering of voting districts. In the slides, you may spot a very different map of the US. It is a work by Neil Freeman. The fictional world of the slides actually does exist in the form of Citizen’s Assembly. Yesterday, I wrote a bit about these in my Notes on Technofeudalism. Below are a number of recent examples.
